Ganritsu/Negishi Ryu and Shirai Ryu
Both these schools meet in the one person, with Tonegawa Magoroku, 2nd headmaster of Negishi Ryu, however, who Tonegawa learned Shirai Ryu from remains unknown.
Furthermore, who Shirai Toru learned shuriken jutsu from is also not known, hence the line indicating shuriken jutsu transmission not drawn earlier than Shirai Toru in the chart, although I suspect that Itto Ryu was the vehicle in which the art was passed down.
